In Loving Memory of
Sherry Christine Zimmerman
November 16, 1969 - June 29, 2002
She loved life, and everything was so precious to her - most of all her family.
She will forever be remembered as being passionate, full of life and always caring.
One of the last things Sherry said to her father in conversation was,
"If you want to know where I am when I die Dad.....I'll be in
Scotland."
Sherry was buried in her kilt as her family knew that is what she would have
wanted.
Her cousin Jim played "Amazing Grace"on the bagpipes at the cemetery,
honoring her in the only way the family saw fit for someone with such a love for Scotland.
Sherry fought a 3 year battle with breast cancer.
The wallpaper design is taken from the tattoos that Laurie and her two cousins Beth and Christine
now have on their upper arm and shoulders respectively -
with the initials SCZ in memory of Sherry and RCEB in memory of her cousins' Mom Ruth,
who also died of cancer.
